When you’re drinking your glass of whatever it might be this midnight, think of all the GOOD things that happened this year. I’m sure you will find several that will make you smile.
Decide to take the best out of this shocking year with you to the next one. Decide to take all the lessons you’ve been taught, decide to bring the peace you found in meditation, decide to remember the good that people did for each other when the times were tough.
Take all this, close your eyes and open them in a new year, with a new breath, with new strength.
